v0.2.0 Roguelike Test Release


It's been awhile since the last update but here is the new direction I'm heading, a roguelike game. Pivoted towards this direction for a more realistic scale of what I hopefully can produce.

[Update] 0.2.0 Roguelike Update!  

  • New Upgrade System!
    • Options are given as you dive each time
    • Stronger versions of an attachment as you dive deeper
  • New Map System
    • Shrinking boundaries
    • Different zones of enemies
    • Randomly spawned environmental items
  • Overhaul Balance. . . again
    • Guns shoot faster
    • Enemies more abundant but weaker
    • Player has more health
  • Depth Difficulty Scaling, the deeper you go the harder it gets
    • Enemies become stronger
    • Boundary shrinks faster
    • Increased spawn rate
    • Faster shard drain
    • Bigger map
  • Tutorial Introduction Added
    • Quick 15-30 second guide on the basic controls
  • New Game Configurator (WIP)
    • Choose and customise your starting ship
